Fill out Electronic citations and other electronic forms right from your in-car MDT/MCT

APS can electronically generate and auto-complete ANY Agency form (traffic/parking citations, crash reports, tow slips etc.) utilizing a mobile computer. The APS solutions such as QuickTicket, QuickCrash, and QuickForms work in conjunction with any Agency’s mobile data system to enable officers to complete an electronic reports/forms with one click – utilizing the information provided within the mobile query data files.

APS can also electronically transfer the report/form data to any back-end Record ManagementSystem or Court system using the APS Quick Data application. (Hardware/Printer Listing).

Voice Products for Wants / Warrant Searches

APS QuickVoice application analyses all of the information in the mobile query data files and verbally responds the pertinent information to an officer in a clear human voice.

Officers are able to enter a name or vehicle tag into the mobile data system and receive all of important information quickly and accurately - without having to look-down at the mobile computer screen.

The APS QuickCommand application enables an officer to utilize voice commands to operate their mobile data system.

Utilizing specific commands, zero through nine (0-9) numbers and the phonetic alphabet, officers can control their mobile data system with voice prompts. Click here to hear a sample.

Handheld Electronic Ticketing for Motorcycles

The APS PocketCitation solution is a complete electronic ticketing system that enables an officer to issue a citation with just 6-8 "clicks" on a handheld device such as :

The PocketCitation system scans the offenders driver's license and automatically populates the appropriate information into the citation.

PocketCitation The PocketCitation software automatically populates the appropriate statute number, fine amount, and court information - along with a state issued citation number. The citation is printed utilizing a wireless Bluetooth connection to a wireless thermal printer such as the Zebra RW Series or a multi-function slip, high impact (for multi-part citations) printer such as the Epson TM-U590.

The PocketForms module™ enables APS to provide agencies with an electronic version of any agency report, citation, form, or other document for a handheld device. All of the forms are created to enable specific fields to be populated with the information scanned from a driver's license.

Examples include: Racial-profiling form, DUI/DWI citations, Field investigation reports, Tow slip etc.

Electronic transfer of E-Tickets into a Database
